No matter how many people belong to a team, there is only one person you can change: yourself. The best investment you can make, is improving oneself by developing habits that will make you a better person and a better leader.

If you want to change any situation, you have to behave differently. Although, to change your behavior, you must first change paradigms, the way you interpret the world.

“The 7 Habits” provide a way to change paradigms, and establish new habits that will permit us to escape inertia and head toward our objectives.

The first 3 habits are about independence. That is, they are oriented towards personal growth to obtain independence.

The following 3 are about our relationship with others: team work, cooperation and communication; aimed to reach interdependence.

The 7th habit refers to a continual renovation that will lead you to a better understanding of the rest of the habits.
