REDNATURA offers all customers (RIR or RPC) a 30 day return period on product purchases. If a Customer is dissatisfied with any REDNATURA product purchased, the Customer may return the product for a refund. Product refunds must be unopened and in resalable condition and returns must be submitted with purchase receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. Products returned for a manufacturer defect may be exchanged free of charge if REDNATURA has a replacement product in stock, otherwise Customer will be provided with an equivally-valued product at REDNATURA’s discretion. If an REDNATURA Independent Representative returns more than $300.00 USD in products in any twelve (12) consecutive month period, it shall constitute the Independent Representative’s cancellation to his or her Independent Representative Agreement to become a RPC, and the return shall be treated as an inventory return pursuant.
All REDNATURA Clients may cancel their Agreement within three (3) days of execution and receive a full refund. Upon cancellation of a REDNATURA Agreement, the Client may return any product purchase held in his or her inventory for a refund. The Client may only return items that he or she personally purchased (purchases from other Independent Representatives, Preferred Customers or third parties are not subject to refund) and which are in resalable condition. Upon receipt of resalable returns and sales ticket, the Client will be reimbursed up to 90 percent of the net cost of the original purchase price(s). Shipping charges are not refundable. If the purchases were made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account.
A Montana resident may cancel his or her REDNATURA Agreement within fifteen (15) days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her product purchases for a full refund within such time period.
Instructions for returns are contained in the REDNATURA Product Return Form which can be downloaded at the webpage or at Independent Representative Back-Office.
REDNATURA has the right to chargeback and refund any fees paid in advance for a sale of product / service, if the product /service purchased is canceled or returned or refunded, and the purchase recorded is more than 30 days after receiving payment. REDNATURA will recover the commission with an adjustment in the RIR bonus earnings the next month.
In the unlikely event that there is no commissions earned next month to adjust from, the RIR that received the commission shall return this amount overpaid from the sale canceled in a period not more than 30 days after REDNATURA has notified the Client for return payment.
REDNATURA reserves the right to change prices for products and services at any time and without notice, and likewise make changes in policies and procedures of the contract accordingly.
Each Client will comply with all state and local taxes and regulations governing the sale of products and services of REDNATURA. Despite REDNATURA's extended warranty policy for the client, all retailing must comply with FTC regulations with a waiting period of three days which requires statutory language and notice of cancellation in note purchase. The three-day right of pending cancellation must be explained orally to the client and the client will receive two copies of the notice of cancellation.
