Directions: Mix 2 scoops 1 oz (28 g) of natural shake with 4.06 FL oz (240 mL) of water or skim milk. Maximum consumption per day: 2 servings of 2 oz (56 g). Children between 2-12 years old mix 1/2 0.5 oz (14 g) with 8.12 FL oz (120 mL) of water or skim milk.
